- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ticket and QR code
- Tickets are issued to individuals and may not be transferred without written approval
- Fraudulent registration attempts may result in cancellation without refund
3. Ticket Terms
- Non-Transferable: Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by ArcticCon organizers

- Sponsor Codes: Tickets obtained via sponsor invitation codes are subject to sponsor allocation limits
- Event Changes: We reserve the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, or venue as necessary
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Submit false or misleading registration information
- Share or resell ticket codes without authorization
5. Intellectual Property

6. Limitation of Liability
