Ticket Information: Ticket type, redemption code used, registration timestamp
Preferences: Dietary restrictions, t-shirt size (for applicable ticket levels)
Technical Data: Browser type and IP address for security and fraud prevention

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

Process your ticket registration and send confirmation emails
Generate your digital ticket and QR code for event check-in
Communicate important event updates, schedule changes, or safety information
Plan catering and logistics based on dietary requirements
Fulfill merchandise orders (t-shirts) for eligible ticket holders

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

Service Providers: Email delivery (Resend), payment processing (Stripe), and hosting (Vercel) - only as necessary to operate the conference
Sponsors: Only if you registered using a sponsor's invitation code, and only aggregate attendance counts (not individual data) unless you explicitly consent
Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect safety

4. Data Retention

We retain registration data for 12 months after the event to handle post-event inquiries and for planning future events. You may request deletion at any time.
